It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Leroy Hayes of Falls City, Nebraska, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on June 9, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard and Betty Hayes (Riddle); and his siblings, Paul D. Hayes, Michael, Debra Lear and Vicky Lowe.
He is survived by: his former wife Ruth E. Torrez; his children, Lisa Huddleston (Ron) of Falls City, Sherry Huddleston (Ed) of Falls City and William "Butch" (Tina) of Falls City; and his siblings, Helen Mandery of Falls City, Linda Waggoner of Falls City and Larry Jo Hayes of Falls City. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
