He was predeceased by: his parents, Linda Metschke and Carl Landis; and his siblings, Tracy Landis and Corrie Metschke-Banks. He is survived by: his wife Donna Landis; his daughters, Andrea Heisler (Dan), Rachelle Mound (Sean) and Sara Landis (Sebastian); his stepfather Dave Metschke; his brothers, Alex Metschke, David Metschke (Jennifer) and Adam Metschke; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Heisler, Ashley Heisler, Jax Mound, Isabella Carpenter and Cassidy Bouwens; and his brother Dexter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you install a neighborhood watch sign in his honor or donate to the Diabetes Action Research and Education Foundation.
