He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Aitken, and Irene Aitken, Sr. (Hahn); and his brother Joe. He is survived by: his wife Janet Funk of Falls City; his children, Kathy Dunbar of Lincoln, NE and Dave (Sherry) of Falls City; his siblings, Phil of Falls City, Bob (Roxi) of Falls City and Mary Donohue (Terry) of Omaha; his grandchildren, Sam Dunbar (Gabby Kuhl), Molly Kohler (Nick), Emma Dunbar (Mitch Krueger), Rachel Murdoch (Nathan), Nick and Thomas Aitken; and his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Eliza and Erison Murdoch.
