He is survived by: his wife Hallie of Falls City; his children, Marty Cruickshank (Steve) of Firth, NE, Tim (Teri) of Firth and Tom of Scottsdale, AZ; and his siblings, Jack (Shari) of Loveland, CO and Joan Flemming of Rochester, MN. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
