He was predeceased by: his parents, Oland Gay and Mary Alice Weaver (Lowery); and his son Zacharia. He is survived by: his sons, Jeremia of Grants Pass, OR and Reilous of Denver, CO; and his siblings, Bill of Falls City, Sandy Weaver of California and Connie Bartlett of Indiana. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
