He is survived by: his siblings, Ron (Patricia) of Salem and Mary Sand of Tecumseh, NE; his grandchildren, Shane, Ryan Karst and Kaitlin Hall; his great grandchildren, Brandon, Kaylor and Dane; and his daughter-in-law Rita Coonce (Kevin) of Falls City.
