He is survived by: his sons, Scott (Karen) of Urbandale, IA and Brian (Roberta) of Falls City; his siblings, Norman (Theresa) of Wichita, KS, Roxane Darveaux of Valley Falls, KS and Donna Stumbo of Falls City, NE; his grandchildren, Lucas Kirkendall (Savannah Grant) of Falls City and Hannah Kirkendall of Falls City; and his great grandchild Holden James Kirkendall of Falls City.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to family choice for later designation.
