He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ramer and Alice Ramer (Sailors); and his siblings, Dorman, Herbert, Bud, Don, Doris Jared, Melba Rowell and Bonnie Eaton.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Poorker; his children, Lou Anne Munoz (Tito) of Verdon, NE, Cindy Clancy (Steve) of Dawson, NE, Sheila Snodgrass (Dan) of Humboldt, Amy Gibson (Rich) of Falls City and John Ramer II (Stacy) of Shubert, NE; and his brother Gary (Janice) of Reserve, KS. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
