He is survived by: his significant other Norma Furnas of Falls City, NE; his children, Jerry Havens (Cathy) of Buckeye, AZ, Mel Lambert (Dave) of Kenney, IL, Kevin Vice (Tammy) of Highlandville, MO, Rodney Vice of Falls City, NE, Greg Vice (Chris) of Falls City, NE and Brenda Schulenberg of Falls City, NE; his stepchildren, Mike Graden (Donna) of Plano, TX and Pam Kuker (Daryl) of Dodge City, KS; and his siblings, Glenn Vice (Maurine), Donald Vice (Shirley) of Stella, NE, Rolland Vice (Iris) of Stella, NE, Ted Vice (Colleen) of Omaha, NE, Leland Vice (La Reine) and Lila Meyerkorth. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
