He is survived by: his wife Paula Neis (Neis); his children, Gerald Folsom III of Kansas City, MO, Amber Romero (Jason) of Pueblo West, CO, Kaitlyn Scarlata (Mark) of Rochester, NY and Rebekah Folsom of Kansas City, MO.; his siblings, Anna Wisdom (Rick) of Robinson, KS, Greg Folsom (Angie) of Falls City, NE and Gary Folsom (Della) of Robinson, KS; and his stepmother Brenda Smith of Hiawatha, KS..
