He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Levi and Ona Mae Ramer (Mount); his spouse Orma Marie Sailors; his daughter Penny Sue Nissen; his brothers, Wayne and Kenneth; his grandchildren, Josh Nissen, Jade Ramer and Gaberial Ramer; and his sister Linda Lee Dicks.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeffery of Kearney, NE, Rodney of Bartow, FL and Ron McConnel (Oneida Chandler) of Missouri Valley, IA; and his grandchildren, Linda, Larry Franzen, Teresa and Kerry Pfister. He is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
