He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Leroy and Carrie Ellen Clark (Conover); his spouse Jean Ann Phillips; his children, Clayton Campbell and Nancy Heiser; and his grandson Joseph Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, James Campbell (Karol) of Grand Prairie, TX, Carrie Clark (Tony Legnon) of Port Arthur, TX and Tracey Barnes (Joey) of Powhattan, KS. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, many great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to either the John Wayne Cancer Foundation or the Southeast Nebraska Cancer Memorial Garden, Humboldt, NE.
