He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Knapp and Ila Knapp (Bundy). He is survived by: his wife Maxine Goddard of Falls City; his son Danny of Colorado; and his brother Ivan (Dee) of Ogallala. He is also survived by three grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
