He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Allen and Carrie Allen (Speers); his siblings, Donald, Kenneth and Colleen Goetz; and his grandson Bobby Olberding.
He is survived by: his wife Lula Raney; and his children, Teresa Olberding (Bob) of Falls City, Janet Beach (Mike) of Falls City and Wayne (Toni) of Salem. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
