With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill Woods Sr. of Falls City, Nebraska, born in Lloyd, Kentucky, who passed away on May 28, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Bill shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Bill farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Woods and Florence Woods (Sullivan); his brother John Wesley Woods (Margaret); and his grandchild Kendal Delp. He is survived by: his wife Sheala Woods of Falls City; his children, William "Woody" Woods, Jr. (Tina) of Escondido, CA, Rana Frenzel (Jeff) of Falls City and Sara Delp (Michael "Rose" Turner) of Falls City; and his siblings, David Michael Woods of Grayson, KY, Mary Evelyn Medley of Greenup, KY and Edith Fallowfield of Elgin, IL. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
