He is survived by: his wife Joan (Kohler); his children, Stephen Ekwall of Omaha, NE, David Ekwall of Grafton, NE and Sharon (Robert Hair) of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Shawn (Megan) of Waverly, NE, Christopher of Lincoln, NE, Nicole of Denver, CO and Matthew Kellie of San Francisco, CA; his stepgranddaughter Erica Hair of Omaha, NE; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Nolan Ekwall of Waverly, NE and Elijah Kellie of San Francisco, CA. He is also survived by friends and relatives.
