She was predeceased by: her mother Joann Claire Winkelman (Rutledge); her daughter Kristy Lyn Perkins; her father Gerald Winkelman; and her parents-in-law, Dean and Treva Perkins.
She is survived by: her husband Rex Perkins of Fairmont, Nebraska; her children, Kerry Barnhart (Ben) of Omaha, Nebraska and Troy Perkins (Jennifer) of Fairmont, Nebraska; her sister Shelley Arndt (Dick Davis) of Cozad, Nebraska; and her grandchildren, Willow, Kaelyn, Kale, Corbin, Jolan, Brianna and Dylan.
