He was predeceased by: his parents, William V. Cool and Rose Cool (Ludwig); his wife Judith Ann McPhearson; and his brothers, William and Don.
He is survived by: his sons, Keith Cool (Karin) of Fairmont and Ken Cool (Margaret) of Geneva, NE; his stepgrandchildren, Daniel Alexander of Norfolk, NE, Natasha Alexander of Biloxi, MS and Jessica Alexander of York, NE; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Hayden Alexander, Athena Alexander of York, Mia Alexander and Kaylee Alexander; and his siblings, Robert Cool (Roberta) of Aurora, NE and Marilyn Johnson (Norm) of York.
Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
