He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Fred Polage and Anna Faye Polage (Fritchie); his son-in-law Charles Delay; his granddaughter Bridgett Belding; his siblings, Marvin Polage (Martha) and Deloris Marshman (Melvin); his nephew Robby Nun; and his daughter Dixie Umstead.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Polage of Seward, Nebraska; his daughter Della Crutcher (Michael) of Geneva, Nebraska; his son-in-law Bruce Umstead of Howard; his sons, Terry Polage (Bobbie) of Geneva and Tracy Polage of Hastings, Nebraska; and his brother-in-law Roger Nun (Lynn) of Geneva, Nebraska. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
