Yanka M. Weichel Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yanka M. Weichel (Fairbury, Nebraska), who passed away on August 13, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Marinkovic and Giesla Marinkovic (Wollman); and her brother Jovan. She is survived by: her husband Ken; her children, Michael Marinkovic (Marcelle) of Australia, Clancie McIntyre (Jube) of Fairbury and Joshua Weichel of New Richmond Wisconsin; her brothers, Ivan, Peter, Luke and George Marinkovic of Australia; her siblings-in-law, Marla Weichel of Diller, Tom Weichel (Kathy) of Billings Montana and Wayne Weichel (April) of Fairbury; her grandchildren, Brandon and Emilee Marinkovic of Australia; and her great grandchild Campbell Taylor of Australia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials have been established to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation & Cottonwood Hospice.
