He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis P. Zabokrtsky and Ruby V. Zabokrtsky (Kuhl); his siblings, Larry Kent Zabokrtsky, Jeffrey Zabokrtsky, Jack and Mardee Hughes; his brother-in-law Edwin Hughes; his nephew Ryan Hughes; and his siblings-in-law, Burdett Baldwin and Patty Zabokrtsky (Sharon Gaston).
He is survived by: his son Dustin (Amy) of Grandview; his granddaughter Madison Zabokrtsky of Altamonte Springs, Florida.; his siblings, Bill Zabokrtsky (Jackie) of Topeka, Kansas, Mitch Zabokrtsky of Fairbury, Nebraska, Judy Baldwin of Fairbury, Nebraska, Joleen Grammer (Terry) of Fairbury, Nebraska, Butch Zabokrtsky of Wynnewood, Oklahoma, Ronda Dickson (Bill) of Culver, Kansas and Steve Zabokrtsky (Christine) of Endicott, Nebraska; his sister-in-law Rebecca Zabokrtsky of Fairbury, Nebraska; and his siblings, Cindy Sawin (Larry) of Washington, Kansas, Jerry Zabokrtsky of Steele City, Nebraska and Doug Zabokrtsky (Sandy) of Endicott, Nebraska.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
