It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard R. Strunk (Fairbury, Nebraska), who passed away on September 14, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Strunk and Hilda Strunk (Hueske); his daughter Cindy Jo; and his parents-in-law, Richard, Ann Samland, Delbert and Ruth Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Hermann; his siblings, Marcella Harper and Gerald Strunk; his siblings-in-law, Susan Strunk, Clark Curtis, Dale English, Herman Harper and Harvey Rosenthal; his son Ryan Strunk (Marla); his grandsons, Dawson and Clayton Strunk of Hollenberg, KS.; his siblings, Larry Strunk (Linda), Joyce Curtis, Carolyn English and Suzie Weichel (Calvin); and his siblings-in-law, Ricky Samland (Jane), Charles Samland, Sharon Rosenthal and Deb Santee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
