She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Grummert and Bertha Amanda Grummert (Schuerman); her husband Richard Niemeier; her stepmother Frieda Grummert; her brother Lowell Grummert (Connie); and her sister-in-law Gail Niemeier.
She is survived by: her children, Jim (Mary) and Mary of Kansas City, MO; her granddaughters, Grace, Sophie and Emma Niemeier; her siblings, Willard Grummert of Clermont, FL and Ardis (Mike Knoflicek) of Decatur, GA; and her siblings-in-law, Ann Grummert of Stuart, FL, Judy Grummert of Rock Falls, IL, Don Niemeier of Amelia, OH and Gary Niemeier of Dewitt, NE. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials will go to the Lutheran Women's Missionary League.
