We bid farewell to Mildred Ann Zach (Fairbury, Nebraska), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 18, 2024 at the age of 93. Mildred Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edger Monteil and Rose Monteil; her husband Lawrence; her son Alan; her grandson Justin; and her daughter Kay.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Bryant (Jimmy), Paul, Patrick (Rose Ann), Laura, Philip and Barbara Novak; and her sister Jeanette. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Sunday, August 25th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home (2414 H St, Fairbury, NE 68352). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, August 26th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church (805 F St, Fairbury, NE 68352). A burial was held on Monday, August 26th 2024 at the Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
