Marilyn M. Shinn Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn M. Shinn of Fairbury, Nebraska, who passed away on August 31, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Asche and Olinda Asche (Evers); and her sister Shirley Bodtke. She is survived by: her husband Everett Shinn; her sons, Gary Shinn (Cynthia) of Fairbury and Terry Shinn (Becky) of Wilber; her grandchildren, Ryan Deike (Paul) of Omaha, Johanna Shinn of Omaha, Jarrod Shinn (Kendall) of Central City and Jennifer Hoepker (Alex) of Bartlett; her great grandchildren, Logan, Wyatt Deike, Emery Shinn, Jayden and Jasper Hoepker; her brother Ray Asche (Eilen) of Hebron; and her brother-in-law Melvin Bodtke. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials will be donated to the Faith Lutheran Church and Women's Missionary Fellowship (WMF).
