He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred A. Heidemann and Eunice Heidemann (Chirnside); his parent-in-law Harold; his brothers, Orlynn and Douglas; his siblings-in-law, Jack Nider, Maurice Mueller, Duane Schroeder and Lois Schroeder; his niece JoDee McBride; and his nephew Darin Heidemann.
He is survived by: his spouse Joyce Schroeder; his children, Tammy Kobza (Bruce) of Ireton, Iowa, Julie Lambert (Bob) of Scottsdale and Jarrod (Kristen Grell) of Diller; his grandchild Lindsay (Lambert); his husband Colin Stewart of Colorado; and his siblings, Eloyde Mueller, Kathleen Nider, Joan Heidemann, Howard Heidemann (Linda), Robert Heidemann (Nancy) and Donald Heidemann (Suzanne). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many caring friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family for a charitable donation to be made in Lee's memory at a later date with the funeral home in charge.
