With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey John Johnson O. D. of Fairbury, Nebraska, born in Franklin, Nebraska, who passed away on November 4, 2021 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald John and Jeanette Madeline Johnson. He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn Johnson (Mejia); his children, Joshua Jeffrey, Jordan Elena, Jacob John and Jaelle Madeline; and his siblings, Scott Johnson (Minden) and Kathy Johnson (Kearney). He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.
