He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Novotny and Jeanette Novotny (Psota); and his grandparents, John, Mary Novotny (Sedlacek), Fred and Emma Psota (Kostal).
He is survived by: his sons, Ben (Melissa) of Jansen and Tyler (Jill Holliman) of Fairbury; his wife Darlene; his children, Kellie White (Ryan) of Hampton and Georgia; his grandchildren, Reid Novotny of Jansen, Collier, Harper White of Hampton, Georgia, Elizabella and Liviana Nickel of Fairbury; and his siblings, Diane Arnold of Loveland, Colorado., Greg (Sue) of Diller, Roger (Sharon) of Fairbury and Brian (Lorrie) of Fairbury. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
Memorials will go to the Jefferson County Ministerial's Mercy fund through BVCA.
