Starr; her siblings, Carolyn Fisher, Bob Fisbeck, Sandy Milligan and Larry Fisbeck; her sons, Ronald Dale Starr (Terri) and Kipp Allen Starr (Mary); and her siblings, Dallas Fisbeck, Kenny Fisbeck and Sharon Chappell. She is also survived by 6 grandkids and 13 great grandkids.
