He is survived by: his wife Pattie Kapke; his sons, Jason Kapke and Heath Kapke; his grandchildren, Felicia Kapke, Katelin Borch (Greg), Morgan Kapke (Noah) and Teagan Kapke; and his great grandchildren, Carter, Addison, Carson, Parker, Piper, Reed, Paisley and Baby Boy Borch.
