He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hawk and Mary Hawk (Tomjack). He is survived by: his brothers, Leonard Hawk (Joan) of Ewing, NE and Don Hawk (Marge) of Omaha, NE.. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews.
