He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Duane Wall (LuAnn) of Cheyenne, Wyoming and Jeannie Lin Zuege (Wall); his wife Karen Sue Van Kooten; his children, Azure Dee, Caleb Dwight (Sherrill) of Elwood, Jessica Wall Alber (Brian) of Kearney and Lyndsay Lashley (Cody) of Palisade; and his sisters, Carol Flaming (Jay) of Yuma, Colorado and MerryLu Simmons (Bob) of Wray.
