With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jody Morton Darbro (Eustis, Nebraska), who passed away on January 7, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her stepfather Dennis Moore; her stepbrother Paul Moore; and her nephew Anthony Darbro. She is survived by: her parents, Cecil Morton (Connie) and Joan Morton; her sons, Mitchell Lee (Stacey Darbro) of Omaha and Adam Christopher (Sara Darbro) of Aurora; her grandchildren, Riley Darbro (Levi Zimmer), Emma Darbro, Calan Darbro and Maci Darbro; her great grandchild Remi Zimmer; her sisters, Marilee Malcom (Dave) and Sharon Hueftle (Bruce); and her stepsiblings, Tom Moore (Kathy), James Moore (Judy), Diana Meiergerd (James), Georgie Flesch (Jim), Rod Groenewald (Becky) and Tom Darbro.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. John's Lutheran Church-Eustis (102 Ingalls St, Eustis, NE 69028).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial gifts in honor of Jody.
