He is survived by: his former wife Michelle Polenske; his wife Chelle of Ericson; his daughter Rachelle Brown (Josh) of Ord; his granddaughter Savannah Brown; his father Bob Green of Ewing; his sisters, Becky Moser of Orchard and Lisa Schaaf (Bob) of Grand Island; his brother-in-law Guy Polenske (Trudy) of Naper; his grandmother Florence Porter of Norfolk; his parents-in-law, Larry and Renee Polenske; and his grandfather Richard Porter.
