She was predeceased by: her parents, Captain Eber and Edna Hester Fairchild (Compton); her grandmother Jane Hannah Fairchild (Alderman); her husband Robert Bakewell; and her siblings, Wayne Fairchild, Florence Fairchild Milne, Margaret Fairchild and Warren Fairchild.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Bakewell (Marcy) and Gregory Bakewell (Karen); her grandchildren, Jared Bakewell (Leigh), Jason Bakewell (Christina), Christianne Bakewell (Zach Brienza) and Melissa Bakewell (Haynes Hansen); and her great grandchildren, Liv and Elle Bakewell.
Memorials to go to the Endicott Methodist Church or Fairbury Cemetery Association Road Fund.
