Jacob D. Immink Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2025, at the age of 35, Jacob D. Immink of Endicott, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert Immink of Hamilton, Harlan and Goldie Doeschot of Firth, Nebraska.. He is survived by: his parents, Jon Immink and Peggy Immink of Endicott; his pet Jax; his grandmother Delores Immink of Holland; his son Hayden; his siblings, Michael Immink (Renee) of Kansas City, Benjamin Immink (Julie) of Mequon, Esther Bond (Clif) of Adams and Thaddaeus Immink (Joslyn) of Lincoln, Nebraska.; and his nieces and nephews, Ellie, Ella, Simon, Gunther, Levi, Jack and August. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and countless cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gerdes-Meyer Funeral Home (2414 H St, Fairbury, NE 68352). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Presbyterian Church (2310 H St, Fairbury, NE 68352). After a battle with COVID-19, he underwent a double lung transplant, demonstrating incredible resilience and a will to survive.
