He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Rasmussen and Maxine Rasmussen. He is survived by: his wife Irene Rasmussen; his children, Ilene Hofmeister (Michael) and Troy Rasmussen; his grandchildren, Taylor Zimmerman (Nick) and Everett Hofmeister (Ashton Pedersen); and his siblings, DeWayne Rasmussen (Carol), Gaylen Rasmussen (Tracy) and Diana Sarubbi (Douglas). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
