He is survived by: his wife Lela Rager; his sisters, Janelle Eaton (Paul), Lynette Roth (Terry) and Diane Martin (Jim); and his nieces and nephews, Curt Fredrickson, Mark Fredrickson, Chad Martin, Jonathan Martin, Cory Roth, Jason Roth, Katie Jenks, Maria Michaelis and Mindy Wondercheck.
