He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sebade and Anna Sebade; his wife LaDonna; his grandson Neal Kubik; his son-in-law Ken Lamp; his siblings, Violet Johnson, Esther Thomsen, Geraldine Zeisler, Eugene Sebade and Tom Sebade; and his siblings-in-law, Earl Johnson, Darold Thomsen, Darrell Zeisler, Maribelle Sebade and Marlice Sebade.
He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Lamp, Linnea Kubik (Duane), Dinah Crees (Craig) and LaRita Stewart (Randy). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
