He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaillan Paul and Grace Elaine Vinzant (Griffith); his parents-in-law, Jim and Ruth Smith; his brother-in-law Lester Olmstead; and his niece Yvonne Bennett.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Vinzant of Lincoln; his sons, Brett Vinzant of Bertrand, Jeff Vinzant (Melissa) of Bertrand and Josh Vinzant (Lori) of Holdrege, Nebraska; his stepchildren, Jonathan Lucas (Gabrielle) of Chandler, Arizona, Andrea Southwell (Tim) of Kearney, Nebraska and Alyssa Burr (Dan) of Shelton, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Bailey, Lillian, Kellan and Kennon Vinzant; his stepgrandchildren, Tristan, Teagan Southwell, Emily, Addison Burr, Francisco and Poleth Lucas; his siblings, LaDonna Bennett (James) of Bertrand and Paul Vinzant (Karen) of Meeker, Colorado; and his sister-in-law Roberta Olmstead of Loveland, Colorado. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established in Randy's honor, and kindly suggested to the Shriners Hospital for Children or to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
