It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verle K. Denning of Elmwood, Nebraska, who passed away on May 3, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ester Denning and Albert Denning of Elmwood; his wife Carol Cheney of Bennet; his brothers, Norman, Reuben and Harvey; and his son Randy.
He is survived by: his son Kevin (Buff Ann Brown) of Crestview; his grandson Sean (Kortni) of Bellevue; his great grandchildren, Claire and Grace; his daughter Jill (Mike) of Garrison; his grandchildren, Chantal, Paul, Patrick and Daniel; and his great grandchildren, Thea, Ava, Scarlet, Lilah and Mabel.
If desired, memorials may be made to the Salvation Army of Fremont or the Fremont Presbyterian Church.
