She is survived by: her spouse Robert Forkner Sr.; her children, Gayle Moon and Robert Jr.; her wife Debbie; her grandchildren, Angela McCartney (Phyllis Meek), Tim McCartney, Misty Pratka, Levi Scholl, Evan Scholl, Kaci Mielke (David), Kerbi Irvin (Phillip Cruz), Nathan Derrick (Andrea Herchenrader), Leah McBain (Scott), Alyssa Derrick, Katie Johnson (Robert), Jason Forkner (Jamie), Nina Trevino, Tiffany Taylor (Mick) and Krista Dewbre (Jeremiah); her great grandchildren, Emma Berkebile, Timothy Ryan Berkebile, Madison Meek-McCartney, Madilyn Meek-McCartney, MaryJo Meek-McCartney, Xavier Meek-McCartney, Jacy Pratka, Jalyn Pratka, Trevor Scholl, Mckinlee Scholl, Gracelynn Scholl, Pacer Scholl, Carter Scholl, Parker Mielke, Cameron Mielke, Isabelle McBain, Carter McBain, Sadie McBain, Shaina Johnson, Marcus Johnson, Mason Forkner and JoyLyn Taylor; her siblings, Frances Thurman, Dorothy Falkner, Beatrice Calhoun and Harold Smith; and also, Loyce Irvin (Kenneth), Cloyce Derrick (Greg) and Roger Forkner (Susie). She is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and cousins.
