He is survived by: his children, Christopher Compton of Chaska, MN, Craig Compton of Elkhorn, NE and Sarah Boomgarden (Jason); his grandchildren, James Hardin, Theodore Boomgarden (Kristian) of Mason City, IA, Katherine Boomgarden, Timothy Boomgarden of Elkhorn, NE, Orlo Boomgarden, Daymon Boomgarden of Elkhorn, NE and Stella Boomgarden of Elkhorn, NE.; and his siblings, Roger (Butch), Marilyn Lekvold of New Hope, MN, William (Bill), Billie Lekvold of San Diego, CA, Joe Compton of Minneapolis, MN, Steve, Susan Compton (Sue) of Omaha, NE, Dennis Ward of Sacramento, CA and Rogene.
