She was predeceased by: her husband Robert K. Phillips, Sr.; and her daughter Nancy A. Noble. She is survived by: her son Robert K. Phillips, Jr. (Kathy); her grandchildren, Michaela, Colleen Phillips, Matt Noble (Kelsey) and Linsey Noble; her son-in-law Bob Noble; her siblings, Jack Reed (Kay) of Missouri Valley, IA, Carol Hutchinson (Ron) of Crescent, IA and Betty Bade of Kansas City, MO; and her sister-in-law Joanne Fead (Bill) of Gundega Phillips. She is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
