It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary C. Frerichs of Elkhorn, Nebraska, born in Coleridge, Nebraska, who passed away on July 28, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Carl and Gladys Pearl Frerichs (Nunemaker); his wife Diane Lee Martensen; his sister Barbara Peck (Larry); and his granddaughter Amber Frerichs.
He is survived by: his sons, Bret Frerichs (Ronda) of Omaha and Barry Frerichs (Amy) of Bassett; his grandchildren, Jamie (Frank Kneifl), Joseph (Kayla Frerichs) and Brennan Frerichs of Bassett; his great grandchildren, Cohen and Callie Frerichs; and his siblings, Shirley Papenhausen (Earl) of Coleridge and Roger Frerichs of Bassfield, MS. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
