He is survived by: his wife Lynette Mullins of Elkhorn; his daughters, Katie of Omaha and Ashley Mullins (Anthony Jeffries) of Omaha; and his grandchildren, Bailey, Kian, Katelyn Mullins, Ja'Niya, Anthony Jr. and Alaysia Jeffries.
