With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Jane Howe of Elkhorn, Nebraska, who passed away on February 20, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William Howe, Jr.; her son Ben Howe; her parents, J. D. Phillis and Leona Phillis; and her siblings, Herbert Phillis and Ellen Stambough.

She is survived by: her son Mark (Chelly Howe) of Warner Robins, GA; her grandchildren, Mason (Paige Howe), McKenzie Howe and Emily Howe; her great grandchild Meyer Howe; and her siblings, Richard, Cline Phillis and Verda Selby. She is also survived by 6 nephews and 2 nieces.

Memorials may be made to the church.
