He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Carl and Erma Marie Buethe (Gottula); his mother-in-law Patty Kirkendall; and his brother-in-law Lee Woltemath. He is survived by: his wife Susie Kirkendall of Peter's Lutheran Church; his sons, Bruce Buethe (Amanda) of Hutchinson, KS and Tim Buethe (Cassie) of Elk Creek; his granddaughter Tessa Buethe of Hutchinson, KS; his sister Eldred Woltemath of Lincoln; and his father-in-law Dean Kirkendall of Falls City. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
