It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas M. Schindler of Elgin, Nebraska, who passed away on January 2, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Schindler and Velda Schindler (Dwyer); and his sister Karen Cahoy. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia of Elgin, NE; his son Eric Schindler (Connie) of Lincoln, NE; his grandchildren, Heather, Jeffrey and Ronnie; his great grandchild Lily; and his brother Jerry Schindler (Myra) of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Levander Funeral Home of Elgin Wednesday (107 Pine St, Elgin, NE 68636).
