He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Heithoff and Margaret Heithoff (Beckman); his former wife Dorothy Mae Vahle; his siblings, LeRoy, Raymond and Darlene (Max); and his nephew Steven.
He is survived by: his uncle Henry; his spouse Ballroom; his children, Amy (Andres Dominguez) of Parkville, MO, Keith (Lynne) of Elgin, Mark (Leigh) of Lincoln, Beth (Albert Schulte) of Manassas, VA and JoAnn of Excelsior Springs, MO; his grandchildren, Sophia Dominguez-Heithoff of Los Angeles, CA and Cayo Dominguez-Heithoff of Parkville, MO.; and his sister-in-law Jenelda Dittrick.
